800 number and PO Box – I’ve talked about these two things before but I know they deserve to be mentioned here. If you’re looking for a company in the yellow pages or online and one has a home address and a number like this: 1-333-565-3245, while the one next to it has a PO Box for the address and a 1-800 number, which do you think is more likely to ‘look’ and ‘feel’ more professional?
